Scope of Work:

•  Master Planning allows flexible decision making that is consistent with EMCC's vision of the future; is a continuous process rather than a single event; and will structure decisions about campus image, organization, expansion, and infrastructure.

 

•  The Golden Triangle campus and the Scooba campus were studied and analyzed.
