MISSISSIPPI STATE UNIVERSITY MULTI-PURPOSE OFFICE BUILDING AT THAD COCHRAN RESEARCH PARK

Scope of Work:

•  Design a 35,000 square foot multi-tenant office building located in the Thad Cochran Research Park adjacent to Mississippi State University.

•  The Building resolves the elevation changes of the existing hill to allow ground entry at the 1st and 2nd floors.

•  Site orientation, sun screens, and thermal massing provide energy efficient qualities while maintaining open flexibility for the future tenants. Exposed systems reflect the research nature of the building.
