Scope of Work:

•  Design a multi-purpose recreational facility on the Ripley High School campus.

•  The 26,500 sf building houses a gymnasium with a seating capacity of 1600 along with the support functions of boys/girls home locker rooms with showers and laundry, four [4] visiting
team locker rooms for tournament play, restrooms, concession, coaches office/showers, stage, green room, hospitality room, janitor/mechanical, and closet/storage.

•  The building is designed to accommodate physical education classes, sports competitions, auditorium functions [a stage is included within the space], as well as community events.
